Audio-Visual Requirements
Getting the right room set for your audience is critically important.

Please help us create a memorable event for you audience with:
- One wireless handheld microphone
- LCD projector with cables that will reach up onto the stage
- Largest projection screen possible for the room with dress kit
- Riser with dress kit
- Round table (versus podium) on stage for computer and notes
- Cables for sound out from computer into mixer into speakers
It may work best for us to speak directly to the audio-visual group for set up.
Please allow us 2 hours prior to the meeting for set-up and rehearsal.
